Refund & Cancellation Policy

MySchoolOS is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Subscription Payments

MySchoolOS offers annual subscription plans for school management software. All subscription fees are charged upfront for the selected plan period.

Payment made but account not yet activated Full refund within 48 hours of payment
Account activated and used for less than 7 days Refund considered on a case-by-case basis; contact support
Account active for more than 7 days No refund
Duplicate payment (same order charged twice) Full refund of the duplicate amount
Payment deducted but subscription not activated due to technical error Full refund or credit within 5–7 business days

2. SMS Credits

SMS credits are purchased separately and credited to your school account for use with our messaging features.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription renewals are initiated manually by the school administrator. We do not auto-charge or auto-debit renewal amounts. Once a renewal payment is successfully processed and the subscription period begins, it is subject to the same refund conditions as a new subscription (Section 1).
